Frequently Asked Questions

I have listed some of the most common questions that we receive.  If your question is not answered below, please use the contact form and we will answer you as soon as possible.

• How long does it take to receive my pen once I place my order?
  We keep a stock of each pen on hand and we normally ship out within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed.

• Can I choose how I want my pen shipped to me? 
  Not at this time.  Currently we only offer UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 United States.

• How much do you charge for shipping my pen? 
  We charge a very nominal fee of $3.95.

• Do you make custom pens or do you just offer what is available on your website?
  We currently only offer our available stock.  We will be offering custom pens in the near future.

• What form of payments do you take?
  We currently except Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover & eChecks through PayPal 

• Can I order as many pens as I want at the same time?
  We keep about a half dozen pens of each style on hand, so if you plan on ordering more then 3 at one time, please contact us first to make sure we can fill your order in a timely fashion.
